Contractual Information
We feel it important to highlight the following points, as set out in our Patient Agreement and our Terms & Conditions.
DEPOSITS
As part of our agreement with the Surgeons and their teams in Malta and India, it is necessary for us to request from the client a 10% deposit upon booking, this deposit is forwarded to the Surgeon and his practice and is held, the deposit amount is deducted from the clients surgery cost upon arrival in their country.
The deposit is non refundable, however dependant on the reason for cancellation, exceptions can be made and the deposit can be transferable to another trip if so wished.
NO deposit is required when booking your surgery with the Belgium or Cyprus Surgeons
SURGICAL INFORMATION
Before the client travels, we make sure that we give clients as much pre-operative and post-operative information as possible, so that the client is fully aware of what to expect and how to look after themselves after their chosen surgery. As we respect the clients wishes to have their surgery kept private, we do not automatically inform the clients GP or Doctors or Clinicians of what surgery that have had carried out, however if the client chooses we can obtain the necessary Hospital information and we can forward all notes to their GP or Doctor, but only on request.
POINTS OF CONTACT
If in the event the client has any problems or complications, we would urge the client in the first instance to contact us, we would then notify the clients surgeon, who will then liaise with the client, and with the aid of photographs taken on a regular basis throughout the recovery period, the surgeon would decide the best course of action, and if it is deemed necessary to carry out any corrective surgery, this will be done if the client is in agreement.
